Mike: CTIC - I don't think you will find many that are willing to give you any real recommendation regarding many of these btechs that have been in the news recently. CTIC I think falls under this same category. It will be only as good as their next news announcement. The only way I would be willing to play these in the future is as strictly an intraday momentum play and not holding at the close. Just too difficult to find any real value in these stocks that are continually losing money unless they can get a breakthru. At least CTIC has a bit of a history though, and that could be worth something. GOod luck TJ
