here is the info for Fidelity's equivalent, called the UltraService account.

No direct deposit required to get free checking, but you do need to have a balance of $10K (includes your stocks etc though) to get the features. I haven't signed up for the billpay option yet, plan to do that soon, but one things for sure, I can only laugh comparing my banks' customer service to this outfit. I often call Fido at 10 PM or later to discuss investment options or questions about my account. Try to imagine that with my bank....

One thing that is puzzling to me though, in order to get the Fidelity account originally, I had to give them a bank checking account as a reference. They wouldn't accept another brokerage account as the reference. I don't know if thats a universal requirements of brokerages or not...Seems like one that will need to be modified in the "New World Order".
