Then after you and your crew got out....you then thought it would be hilarious to help the poor victims by getting the SEC to shut it down so nobody could sell their shares...

Are you on crack??? Just who is it that you consider part of "Frank's Crew" do you think sold out on Midland, and what in the world does that have to do with Euto?

Jim, I really didn't want to do this, because I thought that you would understand by now that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw rocks. Maybe what you said was true, and maybe it was an accident, but at this point, since you are the one who has decided to make this allegation against Frank and others, it is time for the people on this thread to decide for themselves...

I try to respect a private message for what it is, private. But, this has gone on long enough, and your last post was the final straw.
So, here goes....

You are right I don't know who said what about me...We are almost all faceless to the other...each of us is really just a typed name in print. What always infuriated me the most is being accused of something that I didn't do and it was something I really should have done, in the first place..As far as the market order that I was accused of...that day I think the stock was about a dime...I got a call from NDB of a call to produce about 11,000 or they would liquidate a stock of mine...this stock was rising and EUTO was just sitting there so I put in a order to sell that amount in the 9 cent range, the stock fell, I then put an order in for 7 cent range stock fell, then put an order in the 5.5 cent range stock fell...Each time the stock fell I got no shares sold....The stock price was sitting at 4.5 cents and I was in trouble to get that money....I then put the market order in for 1 million shares to sell...I can rmemeber it to this day, after hitting that sell button I watched on level 2 for the carnage it was going to cause....I don't care if you believe me or not but I did feel sorry for people that were going to be devastated by what I had done...In fact I felt like I was nuking the stock...But I don't think anyone cared about me I mean those that were selling ahead of me. I watched on level 2 for I would say 2 or 3 minutes and no crash occured and I couldn't believe my eyes the stock price was rising. I hurried up and called NDB to see what was happening and I would say that I was on line with them for about 10 minutes. When I got off the phone I had found out that the order was not received by them...I was happy as hell because in that time frame the price had re covered by leaps and bounds. I then called Alan and told him exactly what I had done...What I forgot was all my other orders were still in the computer to sell and they executed. But I am here to tell you that is what happened....One last thing I don't hate Gary I can't really say I dislike him...I have always said that our styles are just different..I can't hate someone I have never met. My only real grievence with him is the mass E-Mail about selling shares on the big runnup day...that is it...keep in touch I really respect your whit and intelligence........Jim

Jim, if I may impose on ya'll's time (I see MIDL has been mentioned). It has been brought to somes' attention that Daniel W. Fisher has become involved in another enterprise. I have no OBJECTIVE info on this. I have followed him from Gulfstar(8/96), Threadneedle Trust, Nova, Nova Gaz, Arcon, Arconenergy, et al.
I have no legal recourse due to the statute of limitations, but I do have an agenda that will be dealt with using only legal and objective means. I have been well received by the SC and TX offices in this regard and have been encouraged to continue my attempts in finding past investors in Mr. Fisher's debacles.
Many of this thread's followers will search different avenues with their frustrations, much as I did. I hope if someone runs across Daniel W. Fisher's name they will post the information. I will post only objective information to Mr. Fisher's future investors.
There is also a matter of his affiliates: J. David Bean(Dallas),David Santos(Dallas), J.Todd Tidmore. I future trip to Dallas is planned where their involvement will be established and dealt with, also in an objective and legal manner.
Thanks for allowing this lengthy post and I have hope this difficult situation can be resolved for ya'll. Hoping for a safe and happy holidays for all.
Bruce
