The move is still another indication of the current investor fervor for Internet IPOs and is an increase almost 60% over the company's original plans to sell 4 million shares in a range between $9 and $11. The new maximum amount for the offering is $75 million, up from the previous max of $44 million. InfoSpace.com is based in Redmond, WA, and is a leading provider of online content, such as maps, yellow pages, and stock-quotes, which it syndicates to a broad network of affiliates, including Internet portals, destination sites and suppliers of PCs and other Internet access devices.
