SFN is a play on Mexican Congress approving Fobaproa -the program were the Mexican government will take on the banks debts. SFN in not a long term play. Six months ago when Fobaproa was almost passed in their Congress, SFN got to 2 15/16 - that why I put my target of 2 1/2. They have been fighting this in the Mexican Congress for 6 months or so. And it was just approved Saturday. I am not buying this as a long term hold or for the banks fundamentals. Just a short term trade.
