USRF - It is really starting to move. I don't have many shares having been burned so many times on these inexpensive stocks, but this looks to be the exception. Was there news out? What is making it move up in such a down market?

Someone dumped ETPI near the close today (last 15 minutes or so), buying opp tomorrow. 100,000 share sell at $0.15, stock dove to $0.13x$0.15 (from $0.28x$0.37), then the stock came back on all buys to $0.18x$0.19 in the last couple of minutes(still well below ETPI book value of $0.28). ETPI fully reporting and profitable. Looking for a pop tomorrow back to $0.28 range.
