Orloff has nothing to sell yet. They bought a convertable issue and have not converted. They are limited in the amount that they can convert in any 30 day period to a fairly small number of shares (approx 20,000). That is according to the press release on the reassignment. I have not yet seen the ammended S 3 so the actual situation may differ.
