This all started when Bill Clinton lied under oath. You can blame Ken Starr for everything, but it was Clinton who committed the crime. Prosecuting someone for lying under oath is not an infringement on civil liberties.

I think you grossly mischaracterize Starr's conduct. What laws has he violated? You're just repeating what you heard on TV ...
