It is also possible for a Democrat to object because they honestly believe that the situation does not represent High crimes and misdemeanors. But, with the current climate in congress something stinks real bad. I would believe it wasn't partisan politics if the general consensus was in agreement with only a few dissenters. But I don't see any one acting "very courageous" in this process and it sickens me.
