Clark, all: Japan CDMA growth booming. Japan Net Additions:-On December 8, Japan's Ministry of Post and Telecommunications also reported November net additions ending of 770,000, comparing favorably to y-o-y comparisons of 733,000 in November, 1997. 115,000 appear attributable to the growing popularity of Japanese CDMA networks, which have suffered from lower-than-expected subscriber growth since the network's July 1998 launch, more than doubling the total 113,000 CDMA subscribers in October.
