James, I understand your point of considering the currency implications on financial markets. However, Most of the money invested
in the Japanese market is Japanese capital which is denominated in
yen. If you refute the concept that a long standing support line
can then act as resistance once it has been broken and unsuccessfully
retested, Then what type of Technical Analysis are you doing?

Individual and Institutional Investors who for 6 years found they
could buy Japanese stocks at 14500-15000 may be starting to wonder if
that strategy is still operative.
