CTC,

Great post!

We have to get those PRC congressmen out of congress! They are a threat to every free man and woman.

CTC,

RE >There
is an old saying in the law: if the facts are against you argue the law. If the facts and the
law are against you go after the prosecutor.<

No wonder Clinton et al. have been so venemous in their attacks on first Starr and now Hyde, Barr et al. The facts and the law are clearly against Clinton so of course they are attacking the prosecutor.

Your fancy little argument falls apart when we look at the foundation, which is sand.

re >Here is an analogy. A man is accused of a crime. If he attempts to defends himself
the prosecutor adds a count of perjury,<

{{{In this case he claimed under oath that he didn't do it, though we all know he did...PERJURY}}}

>and if the poor schnook hires a lawyer, the
prosecutor then adds a count of obstruction of justice.<

{{{This poor scnook claimed "client privilage" for discussions with government lawyers. No such "privilage" exists.}}}

Your facility with words continues to amaze me but the fanciest argument in the world is only as good as the premise it is founded on. As your premise(s) in this are not valid the argument falls.
