By examining today's and Friday's trading data it looks like someone is cleaning house over at Dominion Securities. Might be a broker getting all his clients out - or might be just one guy cleaning out and moving to something else. Since the selling was nearly blind to the selling price, I'd guess one guy clearing out. Who knows? Maybe he had a margin call somewhere?

Is this a fantastic and unexpected buying opportunity or is there more of the same? 'Fraid I don't know the answer to that...

FWIW, here are the most significant house positions so far this month:

#20 NET BUY 87,000 Shares
#82 NET SELL 215,000 Shares
#89 NET BUY 82,600

No other house is plus or minus more than about 39,000 shares so far in December. Overall volume this month is 687,100 shares - well above normal. Something is up - I just don't know what. Could be tax loss selling, however.
