Claude: So It looks like we will be ready for drilling by the end of Jan.99 I am now being forced to put in my sale offers...I have entered them in at $10, yes that is my sale price<ggg> Not unrealistic..IMHO The property was valued at $15,000,000.00.By independent Co. .There is one company that have already settled...they were given value of property X 2..That is value of property and the settlement was doubled for untimely delays..:-) IMHO I think rock will realize 15m and I would not be suprised if they get 25m.. If we are going to start a guessing game I want to be the first to start and say a $1 per share!!! How about it Chief, 12 siber beers for the one that is closest!!! Paul

HI Claude. The property was assessed by KPMG and an independant geologist for $21,000,000. Rock decided to try to expediate the settlement by offering the BC Gov a settlement offer of $15,000,000 Thius offer was made over a year ago and was based on expediency. Well they haven't expedited anything, so I think the settlement is open. I can tell you one thing for certain...the BC Gov don't want this to go to arbritation. So my "guess" is $15,000,000 as a minimum....with arbritration much more than that....but as always there could be a "take or leave it" proposal to Rock of less money in which case they will no doubt debate there options!! We shall see!! the Chief
