Don, so far, my calls on HEC have been consistent, and I have posted my buy and even my recent sell, you could have bought lower than I did and sold higher then I did as well. Instead of questioning my motives, why don't you come with an alternative plausible scenario. It is a fact that the current period is the repricing period fo up to $30 MM ($15 MM in debentures and another $15 MM of attached rights to buy more shares at the same price). If that is a fact, why not argue the impact of these facts, if this is not a fact, then your criticism is warranted. Mind you, even if I buy some HEC under $2/share, it will be only for a ride with the bandits and probably not to prices much higher then $2.75 to $3 if I get these. Until the whole floorless issue is resolved (like it was resolved today for VLNC where I took position on the resolution), and that will take, I believe until 2003, my forays into the stock will only be to be "on the side" of the bandits. It is my money and I can do with it what I want, I think (VBG).
