Margaret-I saw a news item on the 'net today re: Ebay's responsibility for a transaction It said that they do not assume responsibility for performance on the part of either party, although the issue involved a dishonest supplier. Sorry I didn't save the link. I guess you wouldn't hold a newspaper responsible if you got the short end of the stick in a deal arising from a classified, so it makes sense. billwot

Good morning Margaret, I am up early these days,lots to do this time of year. re: mail . None of the dealers that I know send out merchandise until they get check.I know it is a temptation to get it out of the way. When I sold Nieman Marcus,they were insulted?gg that I wanted check first before I had armoire delivered,found out later that a dealer from Boston waited 9 months for his check. They always pay,but in their own time. Most dealers would go broke if they had to wait for their $. Of course us tech stks holders have an edge gg.Independance!gg Good luck on your sales.Looks like we might have another opportunity to buy,if this keeps up.Go INTEL Eliz
