Margaret-I saw a news item on the 'net today re: Ebay's responsibility for a transaction It said that they do not assume responsibility for performance on the part of either party, although the issue involved a dishonest supplier. Sorry I didn't save the link.

I guess you wouldn't hold a newspaper responsible if you got the short end of the stick in a deal arising from a classified, so it makes sense.

Good morning Margaret,
I am up early these days, lots to do this time of year. re: mail . None of the dealers that I know send out merchandise until they get check.I know it is a temptation to get it out of the way. When I sold Nieman Marcus, they were insulted?gg that I wanted check first before I had armoire delivered, found out later that a dealer from Boston waited 9 months for his check.
They always pay,but in their own time. Most dealers would go broke if they had to wait for their $.
Of course us tech stks holders have an edge gg.Independance!gg
Good luck on your sales.Looks like we might have another opportunity to buy,if this keeps up.Go INTEL Eliz

Hello Margaret. I guess it is hard to know when to jump in. Who would have thought that the market would practically get back what it lost yesterday.

I listened to the analyst from Value Line tonight on Stock Talk. He mentioned Intel and CPQ as buys. Dell and Csco were also mentioned.

Glad to hear that you are doing well with EBAY despite little set backs.
