George, I really would not call this a Quad bottom (we haven't gone that low yet). Its more accurate to state that the triple bottom has rebounded to a comfortable level, and the future prospects for a crude price rise are shaping up once again. Look to see crude above $15 in the next 2 months. History shall repeat itself.
