For those of you out there that care about such things, the December 10th issue of WASHINGTON TECHNOLOGY, a business newspaper for government systems integrators, has an advertisement on page 28 by BigiSoft, Inc., marketing the Vertex 2000 product.

If you are reading this thread Bob, GOOD LOOKING AD!!! Please send some of the business to TPII. ;-)

INNI: Same thing I said previously. There is a beg seller with lots of shares overhanging the market and until those shares are disposed of, the price is going nowhere. I did notice CWCO left the ask though which might be a good sign. But the big seller remains.

TPII: Speaking of "overhanging shares"...I've had several PMs and EMs concerning what Kernaghan and friends are going to do with their shares. They've got to sell to meet contractual agreements to get their share of the company's stock down to 4.9%. They're not stupid people so I doubt seriously they'll dump into this market. There is almost certainly going to be a price run based on upcoming news developments. They might start selling into that but I don't think TPII's volume will ever be large enough for it to not have an affect once they start their selling. Of course, they most viable option would be to sell sideways out of the market. I, for one, hope this is the option they choose. If so, this can turn from a stock play to a business driven play as news is released. We shall see.
