Whats with all this volume????

Mainly selling (tax loss?) but only the bid was dropped, with the ask remaining and increasing the spread.

It might be good to wait until at least the last two days of the year for any major release since then those who did sell out for tax purposes would be more inclined to buy back in after the thirty days.

IMO,

-Ken-

Keith -

You've been a busy beaver these past months I see. I thought I was out of CVIA (in total disgust) back in June or July after getting killed in the reverse. But I opened mail from Discover today and was pleasantly surprised to see that I'm now holding 279 Preferred shares... go figure. Anyhow, I've been away from the thread since I got out, and coming back in today tried to do a catch up and I gotta say... my head is spinning. Although I found lots of discussion about warrants and preferred shares on the thread, I could not find anything that helped me understand the whole deal. Can you or somebody else here give me the salient points of where my preferred shares came from (I presume they're preferred, they read as 'Class A' on the Discover Document), what will happen to them as far as valuation, or trading capability/restrictions or whatever (I've never held preferred before, what does "Class A" or "preferred" mean?) If this info is already out there, just point me to posts. If not I appreciate your response, and apologize in advance for my general ignorance of this whole thing.

TIA and Happy New Year to all:)
