I don't know the terms of the $3.8M deal, but why assume that the monies were paid all at once? Many deals like this one (and previous ETPI arrangements) are fixed payments over a period of time in "Traunches" . Sometimes these payments, or future payments, are tied to stock performance or number of sites completed, etc. I wonder if anybody knows if (and how) the $3.8M deal has funded. Mike
