... and in the same poll, 68% believe that he should not be impeached. So, even among those who believe that he perjured, an overwhelming percentage believes it does not rise to level of an impeachable act.

I'm sure that is true when the right wing PR machine for months has called him a liar, murderer and other such nasty things. I don't believe that he would be found guilty of perjury in any court in America, with the possible exception of a hate filled republican congress.
