Mike Holland on CNBC now. He's still a major CPQ bull - one of his top 5 positions. Says CPQ is trading at a discount to the market. Thinks it could earn $2 next year and if so will keep heading into "uncharted territory." Someone asked about NCR and he told them to switch into CPQ.

Go CPQ !!!!!

Compaq just got some good words on CNBC from Mike Hallan (spelling? I'm listening rather than watching) from Mike Hallan and Co. Compaq is one of the companies his [company] likes right now.

Someone calling in asked about CPQ.

Answer: If CPQ dips down into the 30s, I would definitely buy.

Another caller asked a question and the answer was: "I would actually switch from NCR into something like Compaq."

The caller could have been asking about NCR but I was out of hearing distance at the time.

Herb--I don't think CPQ will be that low at $32.50. We have additional four days to play. A strong support at either $35 or $37.50 may be formed. Good luck to all.
