Well, I'm glad I'm not alone (although being _nearly_ alone can sometimes be a good position where stock investing is involved, IMHO). I know that Barbie dolls remain a favorite birthday present around here (you can never have too many of 'em) and my kids' favorite computer games include Carmen San Diego, Myst, Riven, and Oregon Trail.

The way I see it, if the channel is causing problems, maybe the solution is direct distribution over the Internet -- imagine what the market would do if this puppy suddenly became Mattel.com.

At any rate, I don't have a huge position (just a couple of hundred shares) so if it goes south I can bulk up without feeling too bad about sunk money.

JMHO, of course, and I've been wrong (many times) before.
