NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE HALL-OF-FAMER PHIL ESPOSITO SIGNS TO REPRESENT

Internet Music Retailer TeleServices International Group

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleServices
International Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TSIG), a fully integrated
provider of outsourced teleservices and retail music CDs through the
Internet, announced today that it has retained former Boston Bruin and
New York Ranger hockey great Phil Esposito as a company spokesman and
consultant. Mr. Esposito will act as the Company's liaison to the NHL,
its franchises and other sports organizations, especially in connection
with the promotion of the Compact Connection (CCI) Music Card.

As for why he joined TSIG, Mr. Esposito commented, "I think the
MusicCard is going to revolutionize sports promotion. After they see
us do it in the NHL, it will lead on to football, baseball and
basketball, and that's just fine with us. We are very excited about
our relationship with CCI--we think it's going to be terrific!" Added
TSIG President James Guild, "CCI is uniquely positioned in the $35
billion global music market and $71 million online music market -- we
have linked our Compact Connection website to our state-of-the-art call
center. Our competitors -- CDNow, K-Tel, and Amazon.com -- have gone
over entirely to the Internet and have neglected the personal contact
that many customers desire. Compact Connection also offers the best
prices available, especially for new releases."

TSIG recently completed a $2 million technology upgrade at its call
center operation, and has fully integrated its call center operation
with the Internet retail music website of Compact Connection. CCI
links business on its discount music website,
compactconnection.com, with personalized one-on-one service
through TSIG's state-of-the-art call center. Also, CCI's private label
MusicCards provide its strategic partners a promotional vehicle they
can use to derive direct financial benefit from the sale of each
discount MusicCard. Card holders are able to buy virtually any CD or
cassette, including new releases, at "rock bottom" prices.

Robert P. Gordon, Chairman and CEO of TeleServices International
remarked, "We are delighted to have Mr. Esposito on our team. His
contacts in the NHL and other professional sports are an important part
of our aggressive new marketing and advertising strategy for both TSIG
and Compact Connection."

Compact Connection promotes the MusicCard, using a combination of
consumer and trade media, banner advertising on the Internet,
television, and innovative promotions implemented through its strategic
MusicCard partners. CCI's print campaign includes ads in Rolling Stone
and Stereo Review magazines.

CCI has entered into a strategic partnership with the National Music
Foundation, a leading charitable organization in the music industry
dedicated to preserving American Music and the people who bring it to
us.
