The ask was only 2 cents lower than 33...31 then 29...AT THE CLOSE-the Bid at less is deceiving. Hang tuff. It's a classic case of push down. Chuca

TO ALL:

Following is an update from Mike McKay.

HASSAYAMPA PROJECT UP-DATE

Production for the last two weeks was well below target. An employee inadvertently diverted 500 lbs. Of discharge sand into our water recalculating system rather than the waste disposal container provided by our disposal company. The sand plugged spray nozzles, pipes and pumps.

The colder than normal weather (25 degree F) caused pumps and some water links to freeze and increased the time it takes to dry precipitate. 50 tons of screened ore was processed during this period.

The water permitting process is proceeding well and indications to date are favorable.

FUTURE PLANS

Additional elective heaters are being installed to decrease the length of time it takes to dry the precipitate.

Pregnant liquor from the digestion of copper shot will be processed through resin columns starting December 16. For this application the small resin columns (used in the June control test) will be used. The resin will be assayed on December 21 with a planned shipping date of December 23rd to Sabin Metals Inc.

Assay of the resin at the Oro Grande confirms the pick up of gold and platinum.

Ed, it frost my ass that I have to get to a point of rage with this company before they communicate with us. I have never had problems with normal startup or production difficulties from any company when I understand what is occurring, been there, done that. I can then see progress through their problem solving. Global created expectation for increased production and all we got was silence. Now that they explain the problems I'm happy. When there are expectations that can't be satisfied management must communicate in a timely fashion when problems occur. Shareholders will be understanding, but they sure as hell won't be when given the mushroom treatment.
