Scoggins Scoop..... Come on Chris, I beat ya to the punch..... Prodigy, Wall St. Whispers....... Scoggins goes into detail about his #1 pick for 1998, and going to be his #1 pick for 1999, guess who.... Yep, Carnegie International...... The most interesting point in the article is that Scoggins believes there is a BIG acquisition coming (before the end of the year?) for Cagi... Scoggins also believes the two players for the American distribution are either Comdial or Alltell....Scoggins is leaning towards AllTell (where have you heard that before, Chris?)
