I was singing Kharma Cameleon the Other day, and Otis Blackwell tried to sue me. (He's the man who wrote "Handyman") .
Odd that you should mention Otis Redding. At this very moment I am recording his box set onto minidiscs, which will later be transfered to CD discs. (I love our local library).

Considering that I have one entire room dedicated to the storage of my music collection , what are the the odds that both you and I would have Otis Redding on the brain at the same time? Personally I live and breathe for those random moments when everything happens all at once. And DST makes it all possible. Of course, like the rest of you, I look forward to the day we might simply have to just utter "FA FA FA FA (Sad Song) into our voice activated DST Jukeboxes, and within miliseconds, Otis will be singing "All my Life I been singing those sad songs, tryin' to get a message to you". That day has got be coming. And damn, I need a DST unit for my collection. I just hope Ampex has the vision to add on some bells and whistles, like those colored bubbling, boiling, water lights that ran up the sides of the old jukeboxes. (Seebring? Weren't they banned as a fire hazard? They disappeared overnight.)
Posting by Kharma? Hardly. It's more like Carmen Miranda. In my peculiar case, my boomerang didn't come back. However, I do have a portrait of myself in the attic that seems to change as the years go by. The horns seem to be getting longer. ....All in all, it's been an interesting day for AXC. Don't know how or why IMAGIO would have anything to do with the Lockheed press release. Isn't that just a typical standard company release? Is this why they pay big bucks for PR spin? Dunno. Seems like a phone call from Karen would do the same trick. Karen? (sigh). I can't go on...I've got a new "vision" coming on......(swoon)
Yes mistress, I'll go clean the floor with a toothbrush. ...
