Well, Commander Sisco, and Mr Miller look like top notch appointees.

My only questions that I may call the company about are:
1) Are these people hired guns, or are they on the payroll as employees w/stock options etc? (I like continuity, and the thought of these "quality" people sticking around for more than a few months.

2) I don't know what the earnings will be, I'm just hoping for better results than what WPIC just reported,,,they were promising "inline" estimates of .22/share, and reported a loss: <OUCH!!>

3) The web page looks decent, but the financials are horribly out of date, with no 10Q, never mind an 8k for last quarter. Sure makes life interesting as an investor to be kept in the dark (this is my second stock to keep me with the mushrooms these past several months.)

4) Even though we're still guessing on the financials, it sure was nice to see a couple of "up" days going with the name change. TSIG and SOCT were the only stocks in positive territory for the last couple trading days.

Nice work on the thread change. Hopefully, we can look forward to a great year with SOCT, although the growth may come slowly at times. If SOCT can manage to keep relatively high quality people on staff, they're almost sure to be a winner down the road.

Regards to all,
-Mark

Dear Mr. Innocent,
I don't know why you addressed your reply to me on this thread. I did not mention the "scam" word or try to create fear. I merely questioned one poster's comment that they are an internet company.I have not visited their Yahoo site in many moons. Haven't posted there in months.

I did own MVSI at one time and did bother to read the 10Q's K's and all information that was available at that time on Edgar. It seldom correlated to the wild hype that was spread by certain posters. I have never gone short this stock. I did dispose of it at a loss.

However, you ask the question why some "attempt to spread fear"? It could be that they are "short". Or, perhaps they listened to the hype for too long and are answering out in frustration. Perhaps they lost money believing false hype on this stock and want to speak out!

I might ask YOU "why do certain individuals spread false hype "? As I said, it's been a long time since I visited their site. So,I am not referring to their site with this question. I have no idea what is currently being said.

I think those that offer negative opinions to counter wild hype can often do their fellow investors good.....so long as it is an HONEST opinion.

All of the above is just my opinion.
Marty
