Yikes, Vince, we need the Chief for this! :)
Vince, by far, without a doubt, the most significant piece of information on Lipangue is the 37 meter hole that has been previously drilled "down the pipe".

"The drilling was unsucessful, breaking down at about 37m depth, with poor core recovery. The drill program did provide some core smples and these were displayed by the property vender. The drill core shows pyrite, chaaciopyrite sulphdies filling the interstces between the crystalline quartz surrounding the highly altered breccia fragmented. The presence of the crystalline quartz coating the breccia fragments clearly indicates hydrothermal gas steaming and the presence of hydrothermal fluids within the diatreme breccia pipe."

Folks this core has been closely examined by House and others. Note that it has to the best of my knowledge never been assayed or more certainly the results have never been released. Now why could that be? Hmmm. Folks the key to Lipague(outside of waiting for the new drill results) is solving that little riddle. Got an answer to that riddle today that floored me! The drilling people will be starting their first hole within a few feet of the old hole and will drill until they run out of minerlization-ie 1000 meters? Now what does that tell you-hmmmmm! :)

Vince, spent a little time going of the House report for Lipangue.
Looks like there is a blob of metal about 200 X 400 meter in the horizontal plan-unlimited to depth. The range of the IP is about 200 meters in depth. It is hard to say how much expansion, if any, in the size of the deposit occurs at depth. On the fringes of the survey, ie the West side and East some interesting readings as well-sounds like they are pretty close to the edge of the cliff-I have no explanation on why the edge areas of the plateau would be minerlized-does not fit the porphyry model so to speak I guess at last I don't think so.

Whats interesting is the strongest anolomlies occurr starting at between 50 and 100 meters down. I believe the previous diamond drill only went down 37 meters. Sounds like the really good stuff was just below that core sample. Wow! And we know how good that one was!
