OK. You did do a fine evaluation of the earlier 11th hour product several months ago. Since they have added to the database since then and changed things maybe they would welcome another evaluation.

What I thought you were saying in an earlier post was that since the patches can be obtained for free from the vendors' web sites, why buy a detection program. That is why I asked you if you were saying all detection programs were worthless. You replied Amen. I misunderstoood that reply to mean Yes. So then I asked if you thought just Discover Y2K was worthless. So then you straightened me out again by saying that Discover Y2K was worth something.

So now that leads to the last question: Do you agree that there is value in detection programs even though the patches are free (when available) from the vendors' web sites?
