Look, here is the way it is. Bill Clinton was born and bred of white trash and he learned the art of half truth and lying not as a way of life but rather as a survival technique. Alas, once a person is granted a certain stature in society they take those tools with them and then whenever they "bend the law" or "break a rule" they fall back on their most reliable friend, the lie.
