Hi All I think there is still a chance that a contract will be announced before 1-27-99. Maybe Lev knows a contract will be close to 1-27-99 and the shorts are sure to jump in as we get closer to that date. I'm sure he can't come out and tell CC don't short the stock because I will have a contract or they just won't believe him. So what's CC to do as they see the price of the stock go down? If they short to protect their investment and a contract goes through they will have lost out on big money or if the don't short and Lev's full of it they get a lot of low priced shares. Lets hope they are protecting themselves from the former. John
