Utilities: domestically don;t know. European - friend of a good friend works in investment deprtment of large firm with focus on European stocks. I planned to bounce Euro co's off him anyway and he agreed, so I can expand that to utilities. I'm not a utilities expert. If you want opinion on tech (computer, tele/data/voice com, electronic componentry, etc) stocks or financial services (insurance ans some regional banks) let me know. You may have gathered I dig and ask and ask and ask questions to understand and reduce risk. Would always appreciate 2nd opinion. Othr FILE play less likely for an attractive price and co is bullshit so no waste your time. Anyway, let me know if I can be of help. Know an oncologist as well. Sooner or later i hope through some collective effort we can clean up big time.
