- I have no doubt that the deal will go through. I am sure they have checked with STB's major shareholders to get their approval before hand. They would just not make any enemies out of their customers (DIMD and CREAF) without doing their homework over and over.

- I am also sure that they talked to STBI's customers (DELL, GTW, and CPQ) and got their blessing. The deal would just not make any sense if they did not get these guys behind them.

- The deal will benefit STBI, TDFX (if executed correctly) and OEMs.
OEM's will be able to get Banshee that they wanted at lower price since they do not have to pay margin to TDFX and STBI. Only the TDFX shareholders are at the edge, since TDFX and STBI have to realy execute to the plan and not upset the OEMs.

- nVidia will benefit, since DIMD and CREAF will work closer with them, and their IP value just went up considerably.
