IOM to All Here is some information on IOM. I am no expert on TA. So If someone else would like to comment on my interpretations, I would be grateful. MACD: A lagging indicator showing sings of flattening and turning up. Momentum: Downward trend reversed 12/7 but not yet signaling a buy. Support: Tested 6.5 support level on 12/11 to close at high for the day. This from a post on Yahoo Finance. Where can I find this information to verify it for myself? Stochastics:Crossed into oversold territory 12/8. Fast stochastics crossing the slow stochastics indicating a buy signal. Accumulation: Last 8 sessions have shown quite heavy accumulation. Money Flow:Money flowing out = Money flowing into the stock. These are from a post on Yahoo Finance. Where can I find this information? Moving Averages: The 50dma has crossed the 200dma. Volume: Light and stock most likely won't move higher until volume picks up. Volume in the 11/3 to 11/10 run went from 3 million shs to to 32 million shares. Options: Options activity is significant on the 7.5 call options expiring 12/18. Options traders selling options then short the stock as a hedge. This has kept the stock pegged below 7.5. May explain why the short interest is as high as it is. Insider Trading Open market purchases as recently as 10/30/98 for 245,000 shares. Short Interest:Oct-98 23,644,493 Nov-98 29,780,222 million shs.In the top 20 NYSE stocks. Short Interest Ratio: Oct-98 18.7 Nov-98 n/a Earnings: Expected to be $.03 for the 4th QTR - 98. Reported 1/14/98. There is an expectation from the threads I've seen that earnings will be higher. Could be wishful thinking but won't know until Jan 14, 99. If this happens, the short interest could provide significant upside. Graphs were obtained through Wall Street City and incites through other threads. I can not claim any original ideas here but some relevant information, IMO. I will post fundamental data when I have some. Can anyone guide me to a good source? If anyone is interested with the sources I found, I will be happy to post. I am long 500 @ 7.5 as of 11/25. I am watching this one closely this week and will post if anything interesting happens.
