I am not "joshing" James. I also don't recommend to buy or sell this or any other stock. I own several thousand shares of KAHI and hope this turns out alright, but I certainly realize that this, like any stock, is a gamble. The fax I received from KAHI was handwritten and not signed. It was worded exactly like this: Kaire Holdings, Icn. is a 23% minority shareholder in Kaire Int"l. Kaire Holdings was unaware of the reported Kaire Int'l transaction until yesterday and at this time is unable to confirm it except for a verbal it received from Kaire Int'l. A copy of the agreement or a more formal document has not been received. You may call Kaire Int'l at (303) 682-4270 and ask for Mark Woodsomm (sic). I have also received word from a fellow investor that we should have news very soon. He thought either today or tomorrow but NOTHING is for sure as I have previously made very clear. In the fax I just sent to KAHI (310-473-5442), I asked if they had received written confirmation of the buy out yet. I also asked when they thought they would post some news, to deny or affirm the buy out. In the fax I sent to Kaire International (303-682-9094), I asked if, or when, they were going to officially notify KAHI of the proposed buy out agreement. I will post my findings. I still feel good about this but I don't know WHY the anticipated announcement from KAHI IS TAKING SO LONG. Bset of luck to all the KAHI longs. Cheese
