jimmy,
I appreciate the input. Inktomi and Verisign both appear to be logical picks. I read the article about inktomi. Do you know what kind of revenues Inktomi is generating and what they are expected to generate in the future? The importance of their search capabilities i clearly understand. If they can make significant profits from this I don't know. Can you explain what kind of money they could realistically make?
Verisign does sound interesting as well. What is their formula for revenue? It appear they have s small amount of big customers ie. First Union, versus lots of small ones. Are their margins high enough on the few big customers to make them succesfull or will they migrate to smaller customers over time?
Interesting picks,
Rob
P.S. I'm from Miami and travel there on business once a month.
