Yea...I know that point. And it IS valid.

But there's another point. Data vs. Money.

They can corrupt data, crash a system, but try crashing a guys bank account. Loyalty is based on service...and execution. When cash is converted to digital data streams....and it crashes IT WILL NOT BE OVERLOOKED, OR TAKEN LIGHTLY. ie you have 20k in your bank account write an $220 e-check and you are over drawn 2k. That's where it all counts...reliability will be the death to NT, when it interfaces with MONEY.

The key here is to recognize is that this is primarily a financial SERVICE business in both the e-bill/e-pay and the brokerage account reconciliation. A financial service business must have high quality performance and high reliability. Pretty good, fastest, and cheapest doesn't work in this arena as a solution provider.
