Hiring people from the vendors he wants to work with is a smart idea. It will make working with those companies much easier and should produce faster results. AR is right about the y2000 problem being a big opportunity for the company. It may be the best thing going and I am happy to see the company address the market. Anything which will make that transition easier is going to do well. The delay in earnings and sales will be well worth the wait to get to that market.
