Hi X. I don't follow MANU as closely as I did two quarters ago but I still keep an eye on it on weekly basis.

It has been up on take over rumor, I think SAP. Earnings is due out this week. The management has no credibility with me or WS anymore. They make software to help their customers to plan & forecast, something which they cannot do themselves. They've been working on their sales execution problems since this Summer. They added new sales people to push into new markets and new customers but instead they ended up slicing the same pie between more sales people. They tell you they are getting 70% of the deals in their pipeline but for some reason they loose a good portion of those contracts and disappoint WS. They don't know how to handle WS.

One major problem with small tech companies is that when their stocks get hammered, customers look the other way. It is sad but it is the reality. Stocks like MANU, AFCI, CIEN keep loosing contracts to their bigger brothers for this simple reason.
