TOKYO, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Offers placed by foreign investors through 11 foreign securities houses before the start of stock trading on Tuesday showed a net selling stance of 10.0 million shares, market sources said. Foreign investors placed 22.5 million shares worth of sell orders against 12.5 million shares of buy orders, they said.
