Checked in at the Santa Fe Federal Court to see if anything up. Apparently the Denver Appeals court has sent the SEC appeal of the bankruptcy judge ruling baring sharing trade secrets with competitors back down. It is being handled by a different federal judge in ABQ and I have not seen the court documents. On a different legal note I wonder how much value the discovery conducted by Cleary Gottlieb is going to be to the new law firm. Not a JD but it is my understanding that the NM Securities Statutes pretty closely follow the Federal Securities Statutes. lexislawpublishing.com
