you will have a lil trouble switching mentality from position mentality to day mentality day trades must take fast losses ... other wise it becomes a position trade.... which is usually fine .... but boring if you wanted it for a day trade. I rarely buy the open .... in fact I can't even remember when the last time I did .... and If I did ... I probably lost. ... unless they are divers ... which often necessitates buying about 5 to 10 minutes after open in a generally bullish market.... after the second main dips most often I am a seller at the open .... and if I am not a seller .... I end up kicking myself
