John, I don't beleieve VISA is public. I agree that almost all transactions will invole credit cards. Thats also why I wonder about which security companies shall represent the internet. Will there truly be one dominant player or will it be fragmented. One of the companies I'm involved with uses secure tractions over the internet for credit cards. But this is part of the service provided with the company hosting the servers. I dosn't cost the company I'm involved with anything. so I wonder how a company like verisign will dominate the market. I'm not saying it can't, I just don't know enought about it. Keep it coming guys, Rob Bring on the lists!!!!

John, i submited CYCH as a player on my list because they will benefit from credit card transaction processing over the internet. Big partners include AOL/NSCP, ORCL, MSFT. According to very reliable sources, results from holiday shopping season, new partners additions to Instabuy service and maybe to become a profitable company by 2Q 1999, will result on some major upgrades.
