Black-and-tandog, I think I've finally stumbled across the speculative rationale behind ELGT's movement. They do water stuff. Philadelphia is bemoaning their water situation recently. There's threats of legally imposed restrictions on water use hitting the media there. I guess water is important. The question is, "is ELGT's water stuff more than just PR?" Remember...I disdain the environmental remediation sector and the laser sector. The water salvation sector pretty much reminds me of those "hope" (hype?) plays. It is only through (sometimes expensive) experience that lessons can be learned. Doug R
