John O, no I have not received anything. I had my local office contact their Corp Reorganization Office in New York, and they contacted my last evening, and said at this point they have not received anything. So, let's allow Keith to continue to work the issue as he is currently doing. Happy investing and God Bless

John the man I usually speak to at the DTC wasnt in yesterday, the one I did speak to, said he thought the CVIA Preferred and Warrants had gone out, I still am not 100% sure they have yet, I will try the DTC again this morning and see if I can get a verification.
