Reports from the DC Rumourmill.....

Many of you might have caught some of the scuttlebutt about how Clinton will attempt an 11th hour plea for mercy on Wednesday night before the impeachment vote before the house. In this speech he will admit he lied, manipulated testimony... etc..etc., enough to satisfy the fence sitting Republicans and their important swing votes.

This could leave Clinton and the Congress in an unusual position. Should Clinton show genuine contrition and "reconciles with the law" as some Republicans have said he should have done from day one, he may create a groundswell for a "Nay" vote on the resolution.

But then again, there are many who have been giving Clinton the benefit of a doubt and unwilling to vote for impeachment. Should Clinton essentially confess to lying, then many may feel that they will have no choice but to vote for an impeachment in the face of these admissions.

Thursday will be the decisive day, I opine, on where the market heads for the next several months.

Pray that he has the guts to confess.... I want to buy my Dow 2000 LEAP puts at an even higher price.

Regards,

Ron
