Pronichev, If I knew for sure what the imponderables are, I would have committed to my full expected position on VLNC, I think this company, finally, might have a chance of getting out of the mode of using OPM and coming up with nault (a la Ovshinski). I would not bother following it if it had no potential. Just because i like what I see does not mean I stop looking for pot holes. Mind you, CC by itself has a limited impact, it may take them two months to establish that short position if they so chose to do, and they will be careful that on their own it does not bring the stock price under the conversion rate. Unfortunately, general market conditions and the all powerful Mr. Murphy will probably have more to do with the stock action then CC. CC on its own will no longer short under $6, because the floorless is out. That therefore gives me a pretty good target for my main entry if it materializes, between $6 and $&. However, before we get there there is a very strong resistance at the $7.25 to $7.5 area, and the ability of VLNC to hold that line will strongly determine my next buying point. I may be too late, but that is fine as well. That is why a toe wetting position is established.
