Zeev, my guess is that we all got carried away a bit...we were all anticipating the "big" run...after the positive signs (Insider buying,Roberts joining the board etc)...all the speculations we engaged in on this thread....now it seems we will have to wait a few short month more ....impatience makes us "touchy".....

but don't despair we are on the "cusp" of success...aren't we Lev??

Zeev, thanks for the classic examples of failure that occurred after more money was borrowed. I am sure lending institutions see this every day and many of us could come up with classic cases to prove that the percentage of those losing their homes due to foreclosure increased after they took a second mortgage.

I continue to rate Valence's chances of failure at less than 0.1% and today's news as a definite positive.

And if you get a chance, I would enjoy hearing about the ins and outs of the white slavery business!

Regards, FMK

Zeev, it was George Santayana

Spanish philosopher/poet who said "those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

But Von Clauwswitz said some interesting things too. jh
