Thanks for the link to the EET article.

Last paragraph indicates that the Lu - ISI contract was canceled when or after UTEK bought ISI.

I'm still surprised to see the rumour of Lu negotiating with AMAT for SCALPEL production. If UTEK was not longer favoured by LU, then I would have expected SVGI to be in the driver's seat. AMAT is less likely to have the patents, the technology or the engineering expertise to create a production worthy lithography tool that has less than 0.10µm capability.

... unless AMAT is planning to acquire one of UTEK or SVGI. Last I heard, neither was even remotely considering a sale. ????

Does anyone have any answers out there????
